My 25+ year career as a professional speaker, leadership trainer and presentations coach would not have been possible without the National FFA Organization. From having a dad who taught AgEd and was an exceptional FFA advisor to learning how to give speeches in the Prepared Public Speaking CDE to serving two terms as an Oklahoma FFA state officer as a college student at Oklahoma State University to starting my speaking business in college giving banquet talks at local FFA chapter banquets to doing countless types of presentations and trainings for state FFA associations in more than 30 states to (most importantly) forming lifelong friendships and being introduced to countless role models and mentors - the FFA has certainly made a positive difference in my life. This National FFA Week I am proud to say that I am forever in debt to and grateful every day that the FFA has been and forever will be an integral part of my personal and professional life.

A shout out to the Colorado FFA, West Virginia FFA, and Oregon FFA for stepping up and allowing us to coordinate and host virtual leadership trainings for them this past week and Canadian Valley Electric Cooperative for inviting me to present at their annual employee training yesterday in Prague. It was good to be back in front of a live audience!
