Sparring teaches students how to stay safe in real situations. They learn how to block correctly, how to move out of the way, and how to fall without getting hurt. These skills build strong habits that protect them both on and off the mat.

Every round is supervised with full protective gear and clear rules. Students work at a level that matches their age and experience, and instructors guide every exchange to keep training controlled and positive.

We will be closed on Monday, May 25th, in honor of Memorial Day.
