The first year of motherhood is one of the most profound transitions a person can experience, and can be one of the most isolating.
The Singing Circle was created to offer something different.
A space for postpartum mothers to come together, sing, connect, and simply be, without pressure or expectation.
This work is grounded in clinical research. Studies have shown that group singing can significantly reduce symptoms of postpartum depression and improve overall wellbeing in new mothers.
Designed for real life, this 10-week program invites mothers and their babies (up to 9 months) into a weekly rhythm of music, connection, and support.
No musical experience is required. Singing is welcome. Humming is welcome. Just being present is enough.
The Singing Circle launches June 2026.

Music therapy is often misunderstood.
It’s not just music. It’s not just listening. And it’s not just a class.
Music therapy is an evidence-based healthcare profession led by a board-certified therapist, using music intentionally to support specific, measurable goals.
During World Music Therapy Week, we’re taking time to share what this work really is, and why it matters.
If you’ve ever wondered whether music therapy might be a good fit for your child or family, we’re always here to talk.

What if my child isn’t passionate about music?
Passion doesn’t always come first.
In many cases, it develops over time.
When students stay with something long enough to see progress, something shifts. What once felt difficult starts to feel meaningful. Confidence grows. Interest deepens.
Some students begin with excitement. Others grow into it.
Both paths are valid.
What matters most is giving them the chance to experience what happens when they don’t quit too early.
