We recently held our first small learning community (SLC) meeting with the inaugural cohort of UCO’s Transformative Leadership and Learning doctoral program. It is pretty special to see this program come to life and to watch this first group begin building their learning community.

The DELTA Project is a grant funded initiative designed to help school leaders strengthen their knowledge and skills in serving Multilingual Learner (ML) students and their families.

Through this opportunity, eligible administrators can complete a microcredential and earn a digital credential through Credly that can be added to a resume or professional portfolio.
