Don't be this guy!
One of the most common things I saw while recruiting student-athletes was the notion that I'll start working out when I get to college. You're so far behind by that point! Finding a golf and strength program while in high school is a must for those looking to play at the next level.
Not only does it familiarize you with the weightroom, but it builds tremendous confidence for the long road ahead. Most high school golfers don't want to work hard enough. That's why less than 10% move on to college.

$500 per month
Breakdown:
2 sessions a week - 8 per month
$62.50/hr (normal golf lesson is $85)
3 sessions a week - 12 per month
$42.67/hr
Sessions will be 1-2hrs depending on time of year and desire of group. Advanced groups will go 2hrs and include golf specific and strength training segments.
Limited to first 10 students.
Available to both male and female golfers.
Must be in 8th grade or older.

I have 23 years of golf industry experience.
Played Division 1 golf at Northwestern Louisiana.
Have 12 years of club professional experience.
Played professionally for 3 years.
Coached at the D1 and D2 level for 11 years, with stops at Oklahoma State, UTPA, Rogers State, and The University of Central Oklahoma.
Familiar with TPI, Gray's Institute, Trackman, Flightscope, GC Quad technology, Swing Catalyst software, and more.

The Factory is designed to help any young golfer who is entering 8th grade or above and has the desire of making either their high school golf team or working towards making a college team. Coach Fosdick has 24 years of golf industry experience centered around golf instruction, college coaching, strength and conditioning, and use of technology such as Trackman/Flightscope/Hudl, etc. The program is open to both boys and girls and will be designed based on the maturity of the student. Focus areas will be improvement of the golf swing, wedge and short-game practices, course management IQ, total body mobility and flexibility, intro to strength and conditioning, and improvement of overall strength. Classes will be held 2-3 times a week, between the hours of 1:00-5:00pm. Each class will consist of 5 players. Cost per month - $500
