Lagree is not a skill most people arrive with.

It challenges balance, stability, coordination, muscular endurance, and body awareness all at once. It asks smaller stabilizing muscles to contribute. It exposes compensations. It reveals imbalances.

Everyone in the room started there.

The veteran client. The instructor. The person making it look effortless.

The difference isn’t talent. It’s adaptation.

And if you stick with it, you simply become better at meeting the challenge.
