For the last two weeks I’ve toyed with the idea of “Brooke, just pick up your emotions. Do the work and move on….”
Ever told yourself that when it feels like your heart got ripped out your chest or that your femininity took a huge down fall?….
It doesn’t work.

I know it’s not common for me to share the deep parts of my life when I don’t have all the answers but I want to be transparent to help myself and others heal. It doesn’t just have to be from it can be whatever you are grieving inside of.

Here’s a few things inside of healing that I am learning to be ok…
•You don’t have to be ok
•You shouldn’t mask your emotions with heavy task (I’ve been doing that 😑😞)
•Just because you are healing doesn’t mean you can’t handle other things (I’m getting more energy by giving to my sisters in our challenge and my 1:1 clients)
•It’s ok to nap and feel your emotions
•I wouldn’t advise eating poorly- it will make you feel worse
•it’s ok to share that you don’t know how you feel
•You are allowed good moments and then fall right back into your sadness
•Don’t attend things that are currently triggering
•You actually don’t have to justify anything at all, to no one.
If you want to run away that’s ok too, you’ll come back to your divine path eventually.
