Happy National Dog Day from all of us at Carolina One Edisto! 🐾

Today we are celebrating the four legged members of our team. Meet the pups who keep us company and remind us daily why Edisto is such a special place to bring the whole family, tails included.

Edisto Beach is still one of the most pet friendly beaches around. Dogs are welcome on the sand year round. From May 1 through October 31 they just need to be leashed, and from November 1 through April 30 they can run off leash as long as they stay under your voice command. Owners are asked to clean up after their pups, and waste bag stations are available at each beach access.

Boil Water Advisory Lifted ✅

Sampling results have been received for the Town of Edisto Beach, and the boil water advisory is lifted, effective immediately. Visitors and Residents no longer need to boil water prior to drinking or cooking.

Boil Water Advisory Update 💧

The boil water advisory for the Town of Edisto Beach remains in effect. Test sampling is being conducted per guidelines from the South Carolina Department of Environmental Services, and results are expected on July 14. The advisory will remain in effect until further notice.

A boil water advisory was issued this morning at 8:30 AM by the Town of Edisto Beach. Please review the Town’s full advisory for details and instructions.

A big thank you to the crews from Dominion Energy and the Town of Edisto Beach who worked through the night to restore power and water to our community. We appreciate everything you do.
