Our Three-Year-Olds celebrated Hispanic Heritage Month with so much pride, culture, and FUN! ❤️💃🏽🎶

Our students and teachers came dressed to celebrate, filling our school with beautiful colors, music, dancing, and songs as they proudly paraded through the halls! It was such a fun way for our little learners to experience and celebrate the rich cultures and traditions of the Hispanic community. 🌎✨

We love creating opportunities for our children to learn about, appreciate, and celebrate the many cultures that make our community so special! ❤️

We've missed you, South Carolina families! 💙

If your family had to step away from a Big Blue Marble Academy school due to child care funding changes, we have good news: the SC Department of Social Services (DSS) is reopening its Child Care Scholarship Wait List on October 1, 2026.

New to BBMA? This is also a great opportunity to discover us! Big Blue Marble Academy operates 16 schools across the greater Columbia and Greenville, SC markets, offering early care, preschool, after-school, and summer programs built around our proprietary Passport to Learning™ curriculum, designed to build school readiness, social-emotional skills, and strong character in every child.

Whether you're returning or joining us for the first time, we'd love to welcome your family! Visit bbmacademy.com to find your closest SC school. We're here to help you navigate the process and get set up as your secured provider ahead of time.

Popcorn for a Purpose is underway, and every bag makes a difference!

Right now, our BBMA students are selling popcorn to support two incredible causes close to our hearts:

Global Children's Outreach — proceeds go directly to providing 100% of the annual operational support and food for an orphanage in Ukraine.

Operation Christmas Child (Samaritan's Purse) — remaining funds cover supplies and shipping for gift-filled shoeboxes delivered to children around the world during our Season of Giving heart project this November.

This is more than a fundraiser. It's our littlest learners showing the world what big hearts can do.

Ask a BBMA student how to grab a bag, or reach out to us directly. Every purchase goes further than you know. 🌎💙💚

Celebrating a fantastic first week at our brand-new Big Blue Marble Academy in Thompson’s Station! 🌍💙💚

07/30/2026

We’re officially in the final countdown for our summer Heart Project! With only a few days left for Alex’s Lemonade Stand, our young learners are working hard to finish strong and reach our fundraising goal.

As part of our commitment to service learning, our students have spent the summer learning about compassion, community, and making a real difference. Now, we need your help to cross the finish line! Our goal this year is to match, if not exceed, our record from last summer, with every single dollar going directly toward supporting childhood cancer research.

Whether you grab a cup of lemonade at pick-up, drop a donation in our stand, or share our mission with friends and family, every bit helps us squeeze out one final push for a great cause!

Let's make these last few days count and show our children the incredible power of coming together! 💛🍋
