Our newest Eagles are ready! Freshman Orientation at Edison High School gave the Class of 2030 an opportunity to explore their new school, connect with the EHS community, and get ready for the next chapter of their journey.

Tomorrow, they will join students across Edison Township Public Schools as we officially open our doors for the 2026–2027 school year.

Ready for tomorrow, J.P. Stevens!

Before we officially open our doors for the 2026–2027 school year tomorrow, we’re taking a look at Freshman Orientation at J.P. Stevens High School.

Our newest Hawks had the opportunity to explore their school, meet members of the JPS community, and get ready for the start of an exciting new chapter.

Two of Edison’s four middle schools earned spots among the top-ranked middle schools in New Jersey in the latest U.S. News & World Report rankings.

John Adams Middle School: #19 in New Jersey

Woodrow Wilson Middle School: #27 in New Jersey

Having two Edison schools ranked among the Top 30 statewide is an achievement worth celebrating and another reflection of the great work happening across our district.

Busing information for the 2026-2027 school year will be available in the Genesis Parent Portal beginning Thursday, August 27, 2026.

The Genesis Parent Portal will open tomorrow, Monday, August 24, at 12:00 p.m.

Please note that once the portal opens, families will need to complete all required forms before they can view their child’s schedule for the 2026-2027 school year.

Edison by the Numbers: Two more reasons to celebrate!

John P. Stevens High School was recently ranked No. 8 among New Jersey public high schools for SAT scores, with an average combined SAT score of 1,300.

And in the latest U.S. News & World Report rankings, J.P. Stevens is No. 29 in New Jersey and No. 492 nationally.
