🎓 UTRGV Profiles in Excellence: Rebeca Salinas 🎓
Meet Rebeca, a senior majoring in English (Literature) with a Minor in Marketing.
Choosing UTRGV kept her close to home while pursuing her passion. From working as a copy editor for The Rider to placing first in copy editing at the 2024 Texas Intercollegiate Press Association Convention, Rebeca’s journey shows the value of seizing every opportunity.
Her advice: “Engage as much as you can, challenge yourself, and ask a lot of questions.”
