Arts have always been an important aspect of early childhood education. Creative learning projects can foster a child's natural imagination and also help them develop other essential life skills that will stay with them for years to come.

Yesterday, kids had a blast making a mess. Today, they had a blast cleaning their mess.

Letting kids clean up a mess they've made themselves is an important part of a child development. It helps them develop a sense of responsibility. It shows them that every mess is cleanable. It gives them a sense of pride when they are done. While it might be easier for you to do the cleaning up yourself, that's just a short-term solution.

The benefits of toddler painting are extensive. Painting is simply fun for them, but it also can be a great learning avenue for toddlers. During painting activities, some of the things toddlers are learning are visual expression, spatial intelligence, color recognition, and developing their creativity and motor skills when they paint.

Yes, it can and will be messy, but guess what? Kids are 100% washable. 💚💚

When a child sleeps with a soft toy/blanket, when they hug that soft toy/blanket, the child is sending direct stimulation to their brain's, giving them a pleasant sensation of tranquility, allowing them to rest so peacefully.

Play improves the cognitive, physical, social, and emotional well-being of children and young people. Through play, children learn about the world and themselves. They also learn skills they need for study, work, and relationships such as: confidence.

Play is the most important part of childhood. Let them play

Did you know that when your child paints, he/she exercises their brain. Creative activities like painting, use a different part of the brain than reading and / or math. The right side of the brain is our creative half and responsible for visual skills and understanding what we see through our eyes. Which is still developing at the preschool age. Creative play and painting activities help exercise your child’s “right” brain, leading to an overall healthy brain development.

Remember, kids are 100% washable, so let them play, let them paint, let them get dirty, let them be KIDS.

😊

One day, all too soon, your kids will stop believing in fairies. They’ll stop thinking that the moon is made of cheese, that thunder comes from God and his angel playing bowling in the sky, and that toys really do come to life when you leave the room.

This world will wash the whimsy right out of them all on its own.

It doesn’t need help from you to speed along the process. Let them believe that as long as they can. Let them stay kids, save these moments before they are gone.

At the end of the day, kids' feet should be dirty, and their hair should be messy.
Let them play. Let them be kids.

Art has the role in education of helping children become like themselves instead of more like everyone else.
Our task, regarding creativity, is to help children climb their OWN mountains as high as possible.

No two finger paintings are the same, but all of them are beautiful. Finger painting is all about letting go and being expressive.

Teacher: hey, what are you all doing?
Girls: he sick, we are doctors
Teacher: oh i see, is he going to be ok?
Girls: no, it doesn't look good
Boy: WHAT
Girls:: shhhhh, (laying him back down) we are working.

Teacher:: ok, I'll let you get back to caring for your patient.

I love how they are using random stuff to play doctor. Its pure imagination at its best. They don't need toys to play, they use whats around them and create. This is awesome play.

Ever wondered why some children just love to paint themselves instead of the paper!
Truly, i promise you, its NOT because they are trying to annoy us adults or go against our instructions, to only paint on paper! It's them learning!!

Just because it doesn’t make sense to us adults, doesn’t mean it’s not making sense to the child.

They will use their entire bodies and all their senses to find out about the world around them. This, in turn, send calming signals to the brain, relaxing it, and bringing understanding to what can seem a big, crazy and chaotic world they are in.

Let’s remember kids are learning as they play, they are finding out, they are discovering and their curiosity is helping them to learn more.

So don't worry about the "why's", just sit back and watch, it's wonderful to see them.

Water play💚
When kids play in water, its inspires pure imagination, promote happiness.

Children enhance their gross motor skills, coordination and physical fitness through lifting, pouring, carrying, running and splashing, while actions such as squeezing help to develop the small muscles in a child's hands.

So let them play, and watch them grow💚

Waterday, are always so fun much.
Water play is a fantastic activity for developing children’s hand-eye coordination as they learn to pour, squeeze, stir and even paint with water. There is so much learning that goes on with a simple activity. Water play is so important to a child development.

Hugs are good for children's brain development and physical growth and support emotional development.

Nothing soothes the cries of a child more quickly than a warm hug from a caregiver or a friend who loves them.

Reading to babies and young children help them learn the value of books and stories. Help build the child's imagination and stimulate curiosity. Help develop the child's brain, ability to focus, concentration, social skills, and communication skills.

Tummy Time is crucial for healthy motor, sensory, and visual development. Tummy time strengthens the baby's back, neck, shoulders, and core muscles. It helps build a foundation for the baby to meet motor milestones, including rolling, sitting, crawling, and more. When friends are involved, it helps build social interaction skills. Tummy time is the best!!
