Cornerstone Orthopedic Institute joined the Texas Department of Family and Protective Services and Silver Ribbon Community Partners for the 4th Annual World Elder Abuse Awareness Walk and Resource Fair. Participants could speak to vendors, enjoy a Zumba demonstration, walk around the park, play bingo and socialize with their peers. Thank you for allowing us to participate in this event!

Dr. Raul Marquez has been practicing in the Rio Grande Valley for over 20 years and brings a wealth of experience and knowledge in technological advances including robotic surgery. He is the first orthopedic surgeon in the Valley to use robotic technology in the O.R. and has proven to be successful.
We are glad to welcome Dr. Daniel Romanelli to our team in May 2020. Dr. Romanelli is Board certified in both Orthopedic Surgery and Sports Medicine. With over 20 years of experience, he completed his fellowship training in Arthroscopic Surgery and Sports medicine in Los Angeles, CA. With a Bachelors degree from UCLA and medical degree from New York Medical College. This dual certification enables him to assess, diagnose, and heal a complexity of musculoskeletal conditions as both a shoulder specialist and knee specialist, giving you the power to get back to life without any worries.
