We are excited to have Cornerstone Orthopedic Institute as a Taco Barbacoa Bronze Sponsor for our Tacos & Toros 5K Run & Walk in partnership with the RGVFC Toros scheduled for June 10th, 2023 at the H-E-B Park.
The Cornerstone Orthopedic Institute is equipped to handle all types of orthopedic needs from beginning to end. They specialize in the treatment of muscle, bone, and joint disorders in both upper and lower extremities. With the ability to take x-rays in-house, they can properly diagnose conditions and get their patients on the fastest road to recovery.
We are honored to have Cornerstone Orthopedic Institute’s support as all of funds raised through our 5K help us provide transformational programs and services to over 4,000 club members every year.
Our Tacos & Toros 5K Run & Walk will have lots of running, walking, delicious food, Zumba, LIVE music, vendors, and winners medals! Dr. Raul Marquez has been practicing in the Rio Grande Valley for over 20 years and brings a wealth of experience and knowledge in technological advances including robotic surgery. He is the first orthopedic surgeon in the Valley to use robotic technology in the O.R. and has proven to be successful.
We are glad to welcome Dr. Daniel Romanelli to our team in May 2020. Dr. Romanelli is Board certified in both Orthopedic Surgery and Sports Medicine. With over 20 years of experience, he completed his fellowship training in Arthroscopic Surgery and Sports medicine in Los Angeles, CA. With a Bachelors degree from UCLA and medical degree from New York Medical College. This dual certification enables him to assess, diagnose, and heal a complexity of musculoskeletal conditions as both a shoulder specialist and knee specialist, giving you the power to get back to life without any worries.
