Meet Noel Rangel, a GEAR UP Site Coordinator at Jubilee Brownsville and graduate of UTRGV's accelerated online Master of Arts in Higher Education Administration program.🧡✌

Seeking a way to advance his career while continuing to work full-time in education, Noel chose UTRGV's accelerated online program for its flexibility, accessibility, and ability to fit into his busy schedule. The online format allowed him to balance professional responsibilities while gaining valuable knowledge and skills that directly applied to his work.

Throughout the program, Noel found the coursework engaging and manageable, with supportive professors who were invested in his success. Courses like Access and Equity and Budget and Finance expanded his understanding of student success, higher education systems, and strategic decision-making, while also strengthening his ability to communicate effectively with students and families.
