Alexis, a DCPS PE teacher, had never done parkour before this morning.
By 10:53 she was clearing the box. No hesitation, no stutter, just clean, confident movement.
That's the whole point. Parkour isn't a talent you either have or don't. It's a progression, and when you teach it as a progression, everybody moves.
This was a professional development day at Woodson HS. Teachers assembled the equipment, learned games, activities, and coaching tips, and left confident they can deliver this to their students.
We bring the curriculum, we bring the equipment, we train your staff on both, and you walk away with a unit that's ready to run on Monday.
It maps to SHAPE America National Standards. It fits your gym. It doesn't need anyone on staff to already be an expert.
