π This week, we proudly welcomed the newest cohort of the Certified Public Manager (CPM) Program, kicking off their journey at the Pharr One Building, generously hosted by the City of Pharr.
Participants were welcomed to the program by Director Blanca Davila before beginning their first track with instructor Dr. Marco Garza, who led a dynamic session focused on ethical principles in public personnel administration. Through discussion and real-world case studies, participants explored how integrity, accountability, and ethical decision-making shape public service, employee relations, and organizational culture.

We welcomed the Brownsville Public Utilities Board (BPUB) Executive Leadership team back to the UTRGV Brownsville Campus for the second session of their customized Executive Leadership Training Program.
