Hoy celebramos el día de la independencia de México. El comienzo de la Guerra de Independencia de México en 1810, cuando el sacerdote católico Miguel Hidalgo y Costilla tocó la campana de su iglesia y pronunció el discurso histórico conocido como el Grito de Dolores para llamar a la libertad de los españoles. Gracias a todos los padres por participar y hacer su esfuerzo para que su hijo/a fuera parte de este día.

Yesterday evening, we held an in-person CPR & First Aid class at our center. ❤️

In childcare, being prepared for an emergency is extremely important. Taking CPR and First Aid in person and hands-on gives us the opportunity to practice these lifesaving skills and feel more confident if an emergency ever happens.
These skills are important not only for childcare providers and teachers, but also for coaches, caregivers, healthcare workers, school staff, parents, and anyone who works closely with children or the public.

Safety will always be a priority. Learning these skills today could help save a life tomorrow. ❤️
