School of Rehabilitation Services and Counseling

Our Story

We are a dynamic academic unit dedicated to preparing professionals to assist people with disabilities to live full and independent lives. We offer two undergraduate degrees; a Bachelor of Science degree in Rehabilitation Services with emphasis areas in deaf & hard of hearing, and a general rehabilitation track and a “new” Bachelor of Science degree in Addiction Studies (which leads to licensure),offered entirely online. We also offer a Master of Science degree in Clinical Rehabilitation Counseling which leads to becoming a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC) or a Licensee Professional Counselor (LPC). Additionally, we offer a Ph.D. in Rehabilitation Counseling which prepares graduates to become the next generation of college professors, researchers, and administrators.
