Check out our latest program with Edcouch-Elsa ISD! Students from Carlos F Truan STEM Academy got hands-on with Drone Automation this Spring Semester!
Students explored the power of programming to control drones to follow their commands! Our students used a variety of sensors and programming commands to achieve obstacle avoidance and more!
This is the first step in learning the level of programming and precision needed in real-world technology like self-driving cars and other automated technologies.
We are extremely thankful to Edcouch-Elsa ISD and Texas Education Agency ACE Program for creating opportunities for South Texas scholars to explore what the careers of the future in technology and automation can look like.
