When staff feel supported by their Sr. Director (Mrs.Azua)—through clear communication, trust, recognition, and access to needed resources—they are more likely to be engaged, confident in their work, and motivated to perform at a high level, which leads to greater productivity and stronger team outcomes.

Learning is fun for children when it is playful, engaging, and connected to their natural curiosity. When lessons involve hands-on activities, creativity, games, stories, and opportunities to explore and discover, children feel excited to learn. A supportive environment—where they can ask questions, make mistakes, and share ideas—encourages confidence and joy in learning.
