Knee surgery has changed how I train. I'm learning to adjust, be patient with the process, and celebrate the little accomplishments.

Healing hasn’t been easy, and this injury tested me in ways I didn’t expect—physically and mentally. Some days were heavy, frustrating, and slow. But today I’m choosing to celebrate improvement, no matter how small. Still a journey, but finally moving forward. 🙌🏼
