Summer is wrapping up, and our teachers are getting ready for another great school year at Valley Baptist Christian School!

We were blessed to have Mr. Paul Moolenaar with us for professional development as our teachers prepare for the year ahead. We’re thankful for the opportunity to learn, grow, and prepare to serve our students well!

We’re excited to welcome our students and families back for the 2026–2027 school year!

🍽️ FREE DINNER & ACCORD KIDS INFORMATION NIGHT

Valley Baptist Christian School is excited to invite families and members of our community to a FREE dinner catered by Vittles in Woodstock at our school!

Come enjoy a free meal and learn about an exciting new opportunity beginning January 1, 2027: the Education Freedom Tax Credit.

Through Accord Kids, eligible donors may be able to receive a federal tax credit for contributions that help provide scholarships for children attending Christian schools. The program may also provide scholarship opportunities for eligible families.

During the evening, we will discuss:

• How families may qualify for Accord Kids scholarships
• How individuals can support Christian education through the new tax-credit opportunity
• How the $1,700-per-taxpayer federal tax credit works
• Who may qualify and how the program can benefit families
• Answers to your questions about the program

Guest speakers will include Mr. Dan Zacharias, Executive Director of the Old Dominion Association of Church Schools, and Mr. Randy Melchert, Executive Director of Accord Kids.

The dinner is FREE, but registration is required!

Please register by Thursday, August 27, so we can give Vittles an accurate meal count.
