I have impressed myself! Spicy Corn/Coconut Soup! Leaks from Edinboro Market corn from Vanco Family Farm and potatoes and garlic from the Pay What You Can Farm Stand at Unity in Edinboro. I modified a recipie I found on the NYT Cooking pages. I even have enough left to freeze into soup cubes for an easy dinner later.
