At Boro Babies Child Care Center, our mission is to provide a safe, caring, and comfortable environment in which every child has the opportunity to grow and learn. We realize that every child is a unique individual with unique needs and should be treated and cared for accordingly. Boro Babies Child Care and Development Center is licensed by the Pennsylvania Department of Public Welfare and is comp

liant with all state rules and regulations. Each of our staff meets the educational and professional qualifications required by Pennsylvania law, including annual training and background clearances. We are also a proud member of the Keystone STARS program, and are compliant with their rules and regulations. Our mixed-age setting allows children of all ages to interact with one another during free-choice play; children also engage in small group activities with other children in their age group. We accept children from six weeks to five years old; preschool is done daily with our three to five year-olds. We also offer a before and after school program for school-age children who attend school at Edinboro Elementary.
