At the start of the 2024-25 school year students, faculty, and staff were challenged to Be Curious. This lead the Crew to partner with local artist Stephanie Kooser to learn the process of creating a mural to add to the courtyard garden. Over the year students worked with a blank canvas to add a beautiful design to enhance this space. As the year progressed a partnership with Mr. Wheeler’s Application of Science class, the ideas and garden began to take shape. This has been a fully inclusive program where students and faculty learned from one another to create a space for future learning to occur in a beautiful outdoor classroom.

Today the crew along with Wheeler’s 2nd block worked on installing the mural. This is the final step of a year long collaboration. Tomorrow the finishing touches will be applied.
