We can’t wait to welcome Normandale families back to school on Thursday, August 27 from 8:00-9:30 AM!

Come meet your child’s teachers and interns, visit their classroom, reconnect with friends, and learn more about the community partners that help make Normandale such a special place. 🇫🇷📚

Families can log in beginning August 17 to view their child’s teacher assignment and start getting excited for the new school year!

📚✏️ Get ready for the new school year at the School Supply Swap!

Join Edina Give and Go, Edina Community Education, and the City of Edina on Saturday, August 15, from 10:00 a.m - 12:00 p.m. at the South View Large Gym.

Whether you’re looking to pick up school supplies or help give gently used items a second life, this community event is a great way to support local families, reduce waste, and get ready for back-to-school season.

🇫🇷📚 French Story Time begins this week!

Join us on Tuesday, June 16 at 2:00 PM at the Edina Grandview Library as we kick off another summer of French Story Time.

We’re excited to welcome Principal Holden as our first guest reader! This event is a fun way for students and families to stay connected to French throughout the summer while enjoying stories together.

Our later sessions will be led by middle and high school Normandale alumni who are excited to share their love of French with younger students.

We’re excited to try something a little different this year! Students from our French Immersion community who are now in middle school and high school will be returning to share stories and speak French with younger students.

It’s a wonderful opportunity to keep practicing French, connect with other Normandale families, and celebrate our love of language all summer long. ❤️💙

On the last day of school, we celebrated our incredible 5th graders as they completed their final year at Normandale and prepared for the exciting adventures ahead.

We are so proud of all they have accomplished and grateful for the joy, leadership, kindness, and spirit they have brought to our school community. 🌟
