Throwback to last week's summer camp: Marine Biology week!

Our field trip to Sea Life Aquarium was definitely a highlight. We had a blast learning about all of the underwater creatures, along with the Animal Crossing exhibit!

Parents, mark your calendars! Your evenings just got a little easier.

Our Kids Night Out dates for the school year are out! Plan a date night, catch up with friends, run some errands, enjoy some quiet time, or just take a few hours for yourself. We’ll keep the kids busy having fun!

Kids Night Out runs from 5:00–8:30 PM and includes supper.

Popcorn & Popsicles is coming up next week!

We’re looking forward to welcoming our Explorer’s Club families for a chance to stop in, hang out, and kick off another great year together!

Currently registered families, come meet the team, check out the space, and enjoy some popcorn and popsicles with us.

Last week, our theme was Cave Explorers, and let’s just say, we had an AMAZING time!

Our campers got to explore the Wabasha Street Caves in Saint Paul, and our tour guide was a… TROLL! It was such a fun experience and definitely a week they won’t forget.

A huge thank you to the Wabasha Street Caves for having us!

We’re kicking off our LAST week of summer camp at A2D with the theme… Game ON!

It’s going to be a fun (and maybe a little competitive!) week filled with games, challenges, and activities to wrap up an incredible summer.

It’s truly been the BEST SUMMER EVER at A2D, and we can’t believe we’re already at the final week. We can’t wait to make one more week of memories, laughter, and fun with our campers!

We finished out week eleven by creating our own deep sea creatures, learning how fish breath and creating bioluminescent art work! One more week of camps before we start focusing on our school year programming! The memories we have made this summer will last us a life time!!

Registration is open for our 2026–27 Makerspace Days! These full-day experiences give K–5th graders the chance to build, create, experiment, problem-solve, and have fun while learning. These dates are build around non-school days for Edina Public Schools.

2026–27 MakerSpace Days:
September 21
November 3
December 28–31
January 18
January 22
February 15–16
March 12
April 30

8:00 AM–5:30 PM
$80/day per child
20% sibling discount
Lunch included
K–5th grade

You do NOT need to be enrolled in Explorer’s Club to attend MakerSpace Days. Sign up through the Parent Portal.
