We had a wonderful time hearing from Michael D. Burkart '75 on his exhibition, "Summation: Old & New Orders of Abstraction." It is a joy to see the great work of a Thomas More alum and a privilege to welcome them back to campus to showcase their talents to the next generation of Saints!

Michael Thompson '21 is a fantastic artist, and this project is a perfect example of Michael using his talents to give back to the region. We love the new mural at the Thomas More University Biology Field Station!

This year, family, friends, alumni, and supporters gathered once again for the 23rd Annual Amber Johnson Memorial Golf Outing, a tradition rooted in love, remembrance, and hope.

Amber Johnson '97 graduated from Thomas More University before courageously battling a brain tumor. She passed away in 2002 at just 26 years old, but her impact continues to be felt every day through the scholarship established in her memory.
What makes this tradition so special is watching Amber's legacy grow. The family and friends who started this outing more than two decades ago are now joined by nieces and nephews who never had the chance to meet Amber, yet proudly carry forward her story and her spirit. Together, they've created opportunities for generations of Thomas More students through the Amber Johnson Endowed Scholarship.

Thank you to the Johnson family and everyone who has supported this incredible tradition over the past 23 years. Amber's legacy continues to change lives, one student at a time.
