We’re squeezing in one more ... on a Wednesday!

πŸ’› Since we won’t be here Friday, National Principals Month gets a little midweek takeover!

Next up is Mrs. Emily Fulwood, PK-5 Principal! 🍎

πŸ“š What was your favorite subject in school?
Mrs. Fulwood couldn’t pick just one! Art gave her the freedom to be herself and maybe even let the train wander off the tracks a little. 🎨 She also loved statistics because solving the data felt like putting together a puzzle. 🧩

And then there’s debate, law, policy, and politics... topics she has always found fascinating. So basically, creativity + numbers + a good argument.

We’re having so much fun learning a little more about the people leading our campuses!

Since we won’t be here Friday, we’re keeping rolling a little early! πŸ’œπŸ’›Next up for National Principals Month is Mr. Je...

Since we won’t be here Friday, we’re keeping rolling a little early! πŸ’œπŸ’›

Next up for National Principals Month is Mr. Jeff Mason, PK-8 Assistant Principal!

πŸ“š What was your favorite subject in school?

For Mr. Mason, it was social studies and history, but his answer is about much more than a favorite subject. The teachers and coaches who believed in him, challenged him, and took the time to answer his β€œmillion questions” made a lasting impact.

And now, he gets to pay that forward every day by supporting Edgewood ISD teachers, students, and athletes. πŸ’œ

Sometimes the people who believe in us when we’re young help shape the people we become. That’s a pretty great reminder of just how much our educators matter!
