NOW HIRING LEAD TEACHERS & CLASSROOM AIDS:
Little Kids Place Childcare and Learning Center is seeking to add additional staff to our growing team! If you are a fun-loving, energetic, passionate, positive, and motivated to enrich children's lives each and every day we would love to meet you! We are seeking hiring Lead Teachers and Classroom Aids for our NEW BELCAMP location in preparation for our summer camp program!
Responsibilities:
Instruct and guide children in activities designed to promote intellectual and creative growth
Create a fun and safe learning environment
Follow schedules and routines to ensure adequate physical activity, rest, and playtime
Establish and maintain positive relationships with students, parents, and co-workers
Communicate with parents on students' growth and progress
Maintain the health and safety of all students
Maintain a clean working environment
Follow the center wide curriculum and add additional activities pertaining to your students interest
Qualifications for Teachers:
At least 1 year of previous experience in childcare, teaching, or other related fields
High School Diploma or GED
Classes (Taken or will take in the near future)
90 hour Preschool Certificate
9 hour Communication Course
ADA
CPR/1st Aid
Infant/Todd Teacher- needs 45 hour Infant/Toddler Certificate & Breastfeeding course
