Strength training is one of the most evidence-backed tools for managing menopause — and one of the least talked about in fitness spaces designed for this stage of life.

There's a version of summer where your body is the thing holding you back. And a version where it isn't.
The difference isn't how hard you train. It's how consistently you train with someone who actually knows your body.
Private, one-on-one training. No classes. No programs built for someone else. Just work that prepares you for the moments that matter.
