🌟 Alumni Spotlight: Emma Mugford ’11 🌟 From Summit Stallion to psychotherapist and psychological assessor, Emma Mugford has carried the lessons she learned at Summit throughout her academic and professional journey. After earning her B.A. in Psychology and Studio Art from Gettysburg College, Emma went on to earn her Master of Psychology and is now a doctoral candidate at George Washington University.

As Emma shares: “The Summit School community is a secure base that fostered resilience, confidence, and a love of learning. That foundation carried me through college into my doctoral training.” We’re so proud to see where our alumni go - and the impact they continue to make! 💙🐴

✈️🌎 Summer may be winding down, but our staff made the most of every adventure!

From teaching Science & Cooking for Middle School Educators through Harvard University's Science & Cooking program, to witnessing the rescue and relocation of 119 loggerhead sea turtle eggs on Folly Beach, exploring the scenic Pocono Mountains, and making memories in places near and far, our Summit team spent the summer learning, exploring, and recharging.
