🎉 What a FIRST WEEK! 🎉
We officially made it through our first week of school at Discovery Academy, and what a wonderful week it has been! 💙✨

From our youngest learners in Kindergarten to our 8th graders, our campus has been filled with smiles, laughter, learning, new friendships, and so many exciting first-week moments. 📚✏️

The first week is always full of new beginnings - new classrooms, new routines, new faces, and plenty of “where am I supposed to go?” moments! 😄 But our students and staff jumped right in, and we couldn’t be more proud of the way everyone has started the year.

A huge THANK YOU to our amazing teachers and staff for pouring so much heart, energy, and care into making this first week special. ❤️ And to our Discovery Academy families, thank you for trusting us with your children and for helping us kick off the school year with such incredible support!

Third Grade Had a SWEET End to Our First Week! 🍦🍊

What better way to finish an amazing first week of school than by celebrating National Creamsicle Day?! Our third graders worked together to make their very own homemade orange creamsicles—and, of course, the best part was getting to enjoy them!

We have so much fun on Fridays!

🎨✨ Creativity is in Full Swing in 3rd & 4th Grade! ✨🎨

Our third and fourth graders put their artistic skills to work personalizing and designing their very own clipboards! With colorful designs that show off their personalities, each one is completely unique—just like our students.

Who doesn’t love a hot and sweaty recess?!

Fourth Grade is Already Showing Its Superpowers!

Our fourth graders are settling in, working hard, getting to know their new routines, and having plenty of fun along the way! It's been wonderful seeing friendships grow, confidence shine, and everyone jumping into a brand-new year of learning.

Fourth grade is off to an incredible start, and we can't wait to see what adventures this year brings!

What a sweet way to celebrate an amazing first day of school AND National S’mores Day! Our third graders spent the day getting to know each other, learning our routines, making memories, and ending it with a delicious treat.

We had lots of smiles, laughs, and of course... s’mores!
