Refreshed, recharged, and genuinely excited to help people make sense of their tech again.

What an incredible experience teaching a 2-hour tech safety class at Hacienda Del Rio Monday! We had a packed room with over 40 amazing people eager to learn how to stay safe from online scams and better understand their tech. It was my first time teaching at this beautiful community, and the warm welcome made it clear—it definitely won’t be the last.

Thank you to everyone who came out to learn, ask questions, and share their own stories. Together, we’re building a smarter, safer, and more connected community.

Today I had the pleasure of teaching a scam prevention and awareness class in Deltona. Helping others stay safe and informed in this fast-moving digital world is one of the most important things I do. Education is protection—when we know what to look out for, we can better protect ourselves and those we love.

Today, I had the absolute pleasure of helping an incredible customer—almost 99 years young and full of life! She needed her TV Ears hooked up but had been searching for someone to help for five months. Seeing her joy when everything was finally working made my day! Moments like this remind me why I do what I do. I'm so grateful someone pointed her in my direction!

What a fantastic day! I had the pleasure of speaking at today’s luncheon, sharing valuable tech tips and helping make technology a little less overwhelming. It’s always rewarding to see people eager to learn and ask great questions!
