OAKLAWN ACADEMY
ALUMNI REUNION JUNE 15TH, 2024

Dear Oaklawn alumni,
Greetings and blessings to all of you and your families. We have decided upon the dates mentioned above to host a final alumni and prior formation team members reunion. This is due to the insistence of many of you to come and visit your Academy one last time before it closes its doors forever.
Suggested travel dates for this event would be to arrive in Wisconsin on June 14th, 2024, and depart on June 16th, 2024. These arrival and departure dates are suggestions, and you will schedule your dates according to your own schedules.
On June 15th, 2024, Oaklawn will host this one-day event for all its ex-students and prior formation members. Plan on arriving in the morning around 10:00am and departing approximately 8:00pm that night. A full schedule of events will be sent in a few weeks. These will include morning coffee or refreshments, name tag distribution, tours, testimonies from past and present directors, testimonies from past students. Appetizers and a late afternoon gala lunch.
Minors, under 21’s and Oaklawn’s responsibilities
- As some of our ex-students may be minors, (younger than 18 years old) they will have to be accompanied by an adult that is at least 25 years old. With a ratio of 8 minors for every adult.
- Any ex-student or formation member younger than 21 may not partake in any acholic beverages during the event. Wisconsin law requires that any establishment or gathering may not serve alcoholic to persons under the age of 21.
- Oaklawn is not responsible for any ex-students or prior formation members attending the alumni reunion. Every ex-student or prior formation member in the category they find themselves, is responsible for all transportation to and from and during the event.
- Oaklawn will not provide accommodations for any ex-student or prior formation member. All alumni will need to find their own accommodation.
The cost for attending the alumni event for ex-students will be $250.00 per person to cover all aspects of the event. If you are coming with a sibling or family member each additional member will pay $200.00. You may visit our website and make your payment there.

If you cannot attend the alumni reunion and you are in the Chicago area during the next few months, please feel free to contact me with your proposed dates so I can organize a tour of the Academy for you. I know several of you are sending your sons to the Summer Camp this year so I’m sure that you may want to visit us at the beginning or at the end of the camp.

Oaklawn va a realizar nuestro último campamento de verano!! Ya pueden mandar a su nieto, su hijo o su hermano pequeño al campamento. Ellos podrán g***r de este increíble “mejor mes” de sus vidas.
Nos gustaría mucho animarte y verte cuando traigas a tu hijo, tu nieto o hermano pequeño a Oaklawn para que podamos saludarte y acompañarte mientras das un último paseo "por el camino de los recuerdos", recorriendo los pasillos, las aulas, los dormitorios... y los terrenos de tu querida Academia. De esta manera podrás despedirte personalmente…
