In observance of the Day of National Concern About Young People and Gun Violence, Principal Brown, Counselor Lagarde, School Board Member Holden, Officer Cooper, and Officer Pierre addressed the student body. Each speaker shared personal experiences of losing friends, community members, and former students to gun violence while encouraging students to choose peaceful conflict resolution.
The assembly concluded with students taking a pledge to stand against gun violence and help create a safer, more peaceful community. Together, we can make a difference. 🕊️
