WHITE OAK ELEMENTARY SCHOOL AFTERNOON PICKUP PROCEDURES
🔵 K-2 Pickup:
🛣️ Families turning off of Virginia Rd are asked to drive past the school entrance, towards the designated turnaround area.
🔄 Once turned around, travel back towards the school
🚙 Form a single-file line along the grass shoulder of Sandy Ridge Road.
🔵 After movement starts, Follow the blue routes when entering the school driveway, by using the right and middle lanes for Kindergarten - 2nd grade pickup line
➡️ Follow the directions and instructions provided by school staff.
🟠 PreK Pickup:
⏰ PreK parents and guardians should arrive by 3:00 p.m.
🚘 Arriving by 3:00 p.m. will allow PreK families to use the left lane without waiting in the Kindergarten-2nd grade pickup line.
⬅️ To enter the school driveway use the left lane.
🟠 Follow the orange route from Sandy Ridge Road into the PreK parking lot.
🚶 After parking, follow the walking path to the PreK entrance.
⚠️ Safety Reminders
🐢 Drive slowly and remain alert.
🚦 Stay in your designated lane.
📵 Avoid distracted driving and cell phone use.
🚸 Watch carefully for children, families, and school employees.
👩🏻🏫 Follow all directions provided by school staff. And
🚌 Keep bus entrances clear.
