EDENTON — Colonial Waterfront Park hosted hundreds of parents and children for one last summer blow-out on Friday, August 14, celebrating one last summer evening before school begins on Monday.

ACES, thank you for purchasing parking passes in time for classes starting Monday. 🚘

Please look at the map for updated parking guidelines. 💚 Student parking is highlighted in green. 💚 Your passes permit you to park in the lot to the left of the school building and both lots surrounding the football field.

The sign up form will open Friday, August 28 at 3:30 PM.

To sign up:
- Go to John A. Holmes High School website.
- Locate a red box on the right hand side of the screen.
- Select Driver's Education.
- Fill out the form.

REMEMBER: Students must attend EVERY session of the program.

We are so excited to welcome Ms. West and Ms. Gray back to providing AIG services to our students this year! We know how meaningful strong relationships and familiar faces can be for our AIG students, and we are thrilled to have these wonderful educators continuing to support their growth, curiosity, and potential.

As we reflected on feedback from our AIG families and students last year, we heard how important consistency and connection are to a strong AIG experience. We are excited to build on that feedback this year by creating greater continuity in the people, support, and experiences our students can count on.

Here’s to another year of helping our AIG students discover their Pathways to Potential!
