CONGRATULATIONS! to all the Albemarle-Chowan Soil and Water Contest Winners! We had 2 5th Graders from DFWalker Elementary School to win the Poster Contest. We had 2 6th Graders to win the Bookmark Contest and 2 6th Graders to win the Essay Contest from Chowan Middle School. Thank you to the teachers that supported and promoted this contest. A Big Shout out to Stacey Banks (DFWalker Elementary) and Johnny Reinhold (Chowan Middle School). All the First and Second Place Winners will be honored on March 20, 2025 at the Albemarle Education Awards Luncheon in Elizabeth City! This year's theme: Wetlands Are Wonderful!
