Today, a group of our seniors and juniors had the opportunity to explore different career pathways, learn about workforce development, and discover opportunities available to them after graduation!

A HUGE thank you to Rockingham Community College (RCC) and CACRAO for providing our students with this experience and helping them explore the possibilities for their futures!

I can’t wait to provide our Panthers with even more opportunities like this!

CLASS OF 2027 — FREE TUITION?! YES, PLEASE!

If you’re a Rockingham County resident graduating in 2027, you may qualify for the Moore Promise Scholarship and attend RCC with your eligible remaining tuition + required fees COVERED!

And I CANNOT stress this enough — RCC is not just for getting a traditional college degree! You can use this opportunity for eligible certificates, short-term workforce credentials, and career/technical programs too. 🧑🏽‍🏭⚡🛠️💻

And if you’re thinking, “RCC is too close to home, I want to go away!” 😂 — you can also consider starting at RCC, saving money, earning transferable credits, and transferring later with more money in your pocket and less debt.

FREE education is FREE education. Take advantage of it!! 😭

Don’t count RCC out without looking at ALL your options first.

Come see Ms. Bond in the Career Center and we can figure out how RCC could fit into YOUR post-grad plan!

But now the question is… are you taking the steps necessary to make those plans happen?

Starting September 1, I’ll be holding Next Step Office Hours in the Career Center from 1–2 PM!

Bring your Chromebook, bring a friend, and come work on whatever YOU need to get done.

College, career, trades, military, or still figuring it out — let’s start taking those next steps.
