🚀 EEAC PTO School Year Kickoff Update 🚀

We had a great turnout for our first PTO meeting of the school year! Thank you to all the volunteers who attended and shared their ideas as we kick off another exciting year at EBF.

For those who were unable to attend, here are a few key highlights from the meeting:

✅ Fall Teacher Payments Approved
Fall teacher payment distributions were reviewed, voted on, and approved. Our treasurer will complete and distribute these soon. Thank you to our amazing teachers for everything you do to support our students!

✅ Student Rocket Shirts Ordered
EEAC shirts have been purchased and will be distributed once printing is complete. A huge thank you to Musco for their partnership and support. We can't wait to see our students and staff proudly wearing their Rocket gear!

We are still seeking additional sponsors to help offset the cost of the shirts. If you are interested in contributing, please reach out. Thank you to those who have already committed to supporting this effort.

📖 Fall Book Fair
The Scholastic Book Fair is scheduled for October 6-7. Please see the flyers on separate post for additional information.

We are also looking for volunteers to help students shop during the event. If you're interested in helping, please sign up using the Fall Book Fair Volunteer Sign-Up sheet. The link is in the comments below.

🏈 Youth Football Concessions Volunteers Needed
The PTO is seeking donations and volunteers to help with the youth football concession stand on Saturday, October 10. Please consider supporting this fundraiser if you are able. Check out the Youth Football Concessions Sign-Up sheet for more information. The link is in the comments below.

🎃 Trunk-or-Treat Volunteers Wanted
The PTO would love to participate in Eddyville's Trunk-or-Treat festivities on Saturday, October 17, but we need your help to make it happen! We are looking for a few creative volunteers to help develop a theme, decorate, and hand out candy during the event.

If this sounds like something you'd enjoy, please reach out to us. We'd love your help!

Thank you for your continued support of our students, teachers, and school community. Here's to a fantastic year ahead! 🚀 GO ROCKETS!
