At Game Changers Athletic Performance Training we work on toughening the body and the mind because you have to have heart to do what we do. Catchers are the hardest workers on the field but receive the least amount of credit. When they make it look easy remember this is what they’re doing behind the scenes to make your pitcher look good.

Just sharing a few MVP’S from this weekend. Arabella with one for 10u and one for 12u while Caroline earned herself one in the 14u division. Then we had Amber earn one for her pitching in the 12u division.

Bella Carranco is one of the hardest working athletes I’ve ever had the privilege of working with. Her dedication and drive are second to none as you can see for yourself.
