I will always rememberā€¦

I never make political posts but my heart is heavy today.

Most of you probably werenā€™t born in 2001. I was a senior in high school. They let us out early. Our small down was just over an hour away from Shanksville, PA. We didnā€™t know what to do. Nobody had cell phones. I remember leaving school and a bunch of us meeting up at a friendā€™s house, all of us kinda sitting there in silence not really knowing what to think.

In many ways, I feel like that again now - not knowing what to think - after the several terrible events that occurred yesterday.

Our country is very broken. I hope and pray we can come together soon.

This person graduated nursing school quite some time ago (I wonā€™t tell you exactly how long but over 5 years), took the test after graduation and didnā€™t pass, then walked away from it for a long time.

This summer she locked in and went for it. This time it was a pass. For someone to say you changed their lifeā€¦really doesnā€™t get any better than that ā¤ļø
