Hmong Women Summit: The Authenticity Project

MISSION/GOALS OF SUMMIT
This summit seeks to educate, explore, and empower women around the issues of leadership within the diverse Hmong community. Workshops will provide space for shared learning, meaningful dialogue, and opportunities to lead from the authentic Hmong self, resulting in a supportive sisterhood. SUMMIT
-Develop skills in critical discourse within an authentic leadership framework

-Gain strategies in mentoring / sponsoring (one-on-one)

-Create a personal plan to develop a network of support
