Make a bracelet - and some new friends! Join Makerspace expert, Helena, to learn how to make friendship bracelets in seven colors using a cardboard loom! All materials will be provided.

💎 CELEBRATING 75 YEARS: Since 1951, McIntyre Library has been the Eau Claire area’s official spot for a trove of federal government documents. Learn about the ongoing use of the library’s depository and quiz yourself on the program that keeps a wealth of government information available to all.

The library will be closed July 3rd-5th, 2026. We will reopen with our regular summer hours on Mon, July 6th at 9:00 A.M.

Students are welcome to access the 24-Hour Study Area and the 24-Hour Computer Lab in VLL 1132 with their Blugold Card outside of library hours.

Special Hours Announcement - Mon, June 29th, 2026

The UW-Eau Claire campus, including McIntyre Library, has a planned electrical outage due to ongoing maintenance work. The library will be closed all day on 6/29, and reopen with our regular summer hours on Tuesday, June 30th at 9 AM.
