The UW-Eau Claire National Band Association Collegiate Chapter (NBACC) is the first student-initiated group dedicated to supporting & promoting local and area band programs. The student initiative, which began in the spring of 2002, has focused its efforts on assisting with area solo and ensemble festivals, participating in numerous outreach projects, and raising funds.
