Piano lessons start this next week!!!

It's crazy to think that school begins tomorrow and piano lessons begin the week of September 12th! Where did summer go?! Anyway, as we begin a new year, I wanted to give a friendly reminder:

The Spring Recital was amazing! I am so proud of my students and how they are growing as musicians! It was a joy to be able to share their music with the elderly residents at the nursing home - a blessing to the residents and great experience for the students!

Our Spring Recital is just over a week away! Students are busy practicing and polishing their music. We are excited to share our music with the residents of the Clairemont Nursing Home and with our family and friends!

Lessons are back in full swing! I have enjoyed hearing all the stories from break in lessons this week!

Enjoy Christmas Break everyone! I know I will! :)

December is upon us and Christmas is quickly approaching! The busyness of the season is in full swing. In the midst of the hustle and bustle, remember the reason we celebrate Christmas - God sent his only Son to earth on our behalf...to eventually die a cruel death that we might have life and freedom from sin. He rose again on the third day - victorious! As a result, each person has the opportunity to accept or reject the greatest gift the world has ever (and will ever) seen...Jesus! Merry CHRISTmas!

I am thankful for each and every one of my students! All of them are beautiful (or handsome) and unique! Each of them is making the time and effort to learn the piano. I hope and pray each of them is able to grow closer to God through music for the rest of their lives. Music is powerful. I am very thankful for music and the opportunity to teach it!
