Our industry partners at Hormel Foods and IFD brought in a hog for fabrication. All the students were able to fabricate products into restaurant portions to be served later in the semester. Shout out to Chef Tok for raising the bar of experiences our students receive at CVTC. Thanks Hormel Foods!
