When Taylor Thelen was encouraged to “apply for something” during her first year at UW-Eau Claire, she went for it and landed a Fulbright UK Summer Institute award!

Now, this sophomore Blugold is heading to Belfast to study global issues and pursue her dream of a future in international diplomacy.

Because of opportunities like these, our students are thinking bigger, going farther, and making an impact beyond campus.
