πŸ†πŸ’™ CELEBRATING OUR 2025 & 2026 EHS ATHLETIC HALL OF FAME INDUCTEES πŸ’™πŸ†

This Friday night will be a special one at Arrow Lumber Stadium!
During halftime of the 7:00 PM Cruiser football game against Black Hills, we will recognize SIX outstanding individuals as members of the Eatonville High School Athletic Hall of Fame.

Due to construction last year, we were unable to formally recognize our 2025 inductees, so this Friday we will proudly honor both our 2025 and 2026 classes!

πŸ† 2025 ATHLETIC HALL OF FAME INDUCTEES

πŸ’™ Justin Kaelin
A standout three-sport athlete and 2015 graduate, Justin earned First Team All-League honors in football in 2013 and 2014, First Team All-State honors in 2014, and was named League MVP. In track and field, he was a two-time state champion in the shot put and still holds EHS records in both the shot put and discus.

πŸ’™ Lucas Hatton
A four-year letterman and two-year captain in both football and track and field, Lucas earned First Team honors on the offensive and defensive lines and was named League Defensive MVP. He earned six medals at the state track meet, continued competing at PLU, and went on to win America’s Strongest Man.

πŸ’™ Robert Rasmussen
An exceptional multi-sport athlete, Robert earned 11 varsity letters in football, basketball, and track. He was a First Team All-State wide receiver, competed on four league championship football teams and the 1992 state championship team, and qualified for the state track meet in three different seasons.

πŸ† 2026 ATHLETIC HALL OF FAME INDUCTEES

πŸ’™ George Tomal
George was a standout two-way football player who was named Nisqually League MVP and First Team All-State as a defensive back in 2014. During his senior season, the Cruisers finished 11-1 and advanced to the state semifinals. George went on to compete in track and field at College of the Siskiyous, where he served as team captain.

πŸ’™ Steve Carey
Steve excelled in both football and track and field during the 1990s. He became the 1995 state champion in the 400-meter dash and placed third in the 200. He held EHS records in the 100m, 200m, and 400m and was named Eatonville High School Athlete for 1995-96. Steve continued his track career at Eastern Washington University, competing for four years and becoming a Big Sky champion as a member of the 4x400 relay team.

πŸ’™ Phil Nordstrom
Described as "The Ultimate Cruiser," Phil's impact on Eatonville athletics extends far beyond his own days as a student-athlete. He was an All-League quarterback, played on a basketball team that finished fifth in state, and competed in baseball. After serving his country in the Air Force, Phil returned to Eatonville and spent decades supporting local youth and Cruiser athletics. He co-founded the Eatonville Youth Sports Association, has supported the Cruiser Classic Golf Tournament, took football statistics for more than 20 years, and has been instrumental in efforts to improve Eatonville's athletic facilities.
